§ 96.099  MEETINGS, SPEECHES, DEMONSTRATIONS AND PARADES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct public meetings, assemblies, entertainment, parades or demonstrations within a park without first obtaining a written permit, and then only in an area designated by permit.
