§ 96.027  SPECIAL EVENT DANCE PERMIT REQUIRED; EXCEPTIONS.
   Any person who conducts a public dance in the city shall procure a special event dance permit from the issuing authority pursuant to this subchapter.  A separate permit shall be required for each dance conducted and the fee for the permit shall be as set forth in Chapter 36 of this code.
