§ 94.056  BOULEVARDS.
   (A)   Definition.  A BOULEVARD is that area of ground between the curb or boundary of a road used for vehicular traffic and the sidewalk.  If there is no sidewalk, the boundary shall be the designated sidewalk line.  If there be no sidewalk and no designated sidewalk line, the boundary shall be the property line.
   (B)   Signs or structures.  No person shall erect or place, or permit to be erected or placed upon a boulevard any sign or structure except official signs or structures erected or placed thereon by public authority.
