§ 94.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally.  Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Obligation of property owners.  Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 94.035et seq. shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.

   (C)   Streets, alleys and boulevards.  Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 94.055et seq. shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
