§ 32.01 FORM OF GOVERNMENT.
   The form of government provided in §§ 32.01 and 32.02, 32.15 through 32.23, and 32.35 through 32.39 for the city shall be known as the “Mayor-Council Plan” as provided in KRS 83A.130.
