§ 112.05 STATE PERMIT.

No license herein provided for shall be granted, issued, or sold to any person, firm, company, or corporation until such person, firm, company, or corporation shall have obtained from the commonwealth, and its duly constituted agencies, a permit and/or a license as provided for under KRS Title 20 or any amendments thereto.
