§ 92.16 PROHIBITIONS; RISK OF DANGER OR INJURY.

Except when necessary for the protection of person or property, no person shall cause or permit the discharge of any arrow from a bow in the city in any manner which creates a substantial danger of physical injury to any person or property, including animals.
