749.02 LICENSE YEAR; LICENSES TO BE PRORATED.

The license year for the licenses required by Section 749.01 shall be the same as that for other City licenses. If a license is granted after July 1 of any year, the amount of the license tax shall be computed pro rata in proportion to the time the license has to run.
