749.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall have, keep or conduct any junk store or shop or pawnshop, or have, keep or carry on the business of a junk dealer or pawnbroker within the corporate limits of the City without first having obtained a license to do so. (1947 Code §16.1)
