6-3-5: DANGEROUS, VICIOUS ANIMALS:
   A.   Running At Large Prohibited; Impoundment: It is unlawful to permit any dangerous, vicious animal of any kind to run at large within the town, and such animals shall be immediately impounded by the town enforcement agent or the police department. (1988 Code § 6-1-1; amd. 2004 Code)
   B.   Killing Dangerous Animals: The town enforcement agent or any police officer of the town is authorized to kill any dangerous animal of any kind when it is necessary for the protection of any person or property. (1988 Code § 6-1-2; amd. 2004 Code)
   C.   Parades And Exhibitions; Permit Required 2 : Exhibitions or parades of animals which are ferae naturae in the eyes of the law may be conducted only upon securing a permit from the chief of police or such person that he may appoint. (1988 Code § 6-1-1)
