A. Manner Of Administration And Enforcement: The provisions of this chapter shall be administered in a manner prescribed by the police chief as approved by the common council of the town. (1988 Code § 4-2-4)
B. Administration And Enforcement Officials: The Parker police department will be responsible for the monitoring, administration and enforcement of this chapter.
C. Bills For And Collection Of Assessments; Failure To Pay: The town clerk will administer the final billing of each assessment by the police department and collection of each assessment. The town clerk will advise the Parker police chief of any violations of this chapter for failure by alarm users to pay such assessments imposed by the police chief or failure to pay such assessment as affirmed by the town manager upon appeal.
