The town hereby adopts by reference in their entirety article 1, food and drink, of chapter 8, environmental sanitation in title 9, health services, of the Arizona official compilation of administrative rules and regulations. The required number of copies have been filed in the office of the clerk and are available in said office for public use and inspection. (1988 Code § 2-7-4)
