It is unlawful for any person to transact or carry on any trade, calling, profession, occupation or business without first having procured a license from the town and without complying with any and all regulations of such trade, calling, profession, occupation or business designated and contained in this chapter. The practicing, transacting or carrying on of such trades, callings, professions, occupations or businesses without first having procured a license and without complying with any and all regulations contained in this chapter shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter for each and every day that such trade, calling, profession, occupation or business is practiced or carried on within the town.
