Every subdivision shall conform to requirements and objectives of the general plan, or any parts thereof, as adopted by the council, to the town zoning ordinance, to this code, other ordinances and regulations of the town, and to the Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended. (1988 Code § 14-3-1)
