A. The purpose of this chapter is to establish general guidelines and a review procedure for the siting of wireless communications towers and antennas.
B. The intent of these provisions is to protect neighborhoods, protect scenic and environmentally sensitive areas, prompt collocation, prompt location on existing structures, and improve the aesthetics of the facilities through careful design and innovative camouflaging techniques.
