10-4-5: ESTABLISHING TOWN ZONING IN ANNEXED AREAS:
   A.   Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 9-462 et seq., Parker may enact an ordinance authorizing county zoning to continue in effect until municipal zoning is applied to land previously zoned by the county and annexed by the municipality, but in no event for longer than six (6) months after the annexation. (Ord. 03-2005, 9-6-2005)
