This title is adopted pursuant to the authority contained in the Arizona Revised Statutes section 9-462 et seq., in order to conserve and promote the public interest, health, comfort, safety, convenience, and general welfare of the citizens of the town of Parker. (Ord. 03-2005, 9-6-2005)
