Every person, corporation, partnership or legal entity owning or managing any house or building within the corporate limits of the town is hereby required to number such house or building on its front in a conspicuous manner so that the number may be easily discernible and read from the street. Such numbers shall be of such style, size and material as may be approved by the mayor and council and shall be those numbers as set forth on a map which is, by this reference, incorporated herein in its entirety.
