A. Prohibited; Exemption: It is unlawful for any person to erect or maintain within the town any electric fence or any fence constructed in whole or in part of barbed wire; except, that barbed wire may be installed at the top of the fence if such barbed wire is at least six feet (6') above the ground.
B. Nuisance Declared; Abatement: Any fence mentioned in subsection A of this section is hereby declared a public nuisance and subject to abatement by order of the town court. (1988 Code § 10-1-4)
