Wherever the word "city" is used or required to define a jurisdiction in any of the provisions of the building code, the residential code, the plumbing code, the electrical code, the mechanical code, the fuel gas code, the fire code, the energy conservation code, the existing building code, the property maintenance code or in any publication or regulatory code adopted by reference in this title, it shall be held to mean the town of Parker, Arizona.
