8-5-1: DAY USE ONLY:
Except as provided by special permit, town parks are day use only. "Day use" means from sunrise to sunset. Violation of this section shall constitute a civil offense subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) fine. The fine may be exchanged for five (5) hours of community work service performed for the town. (2004 Code)
