A. Requirements Adopted: That certain document known as "Colorado River Sewage System Joint Venture, Industrial Wastewater Ordinance", three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the town clerk, which document was made a public record by resolution 3-1991 of the town, is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section, the provisions thereof to become effective on March 21, 1991.
B. Penalties:
1. Permit Violations: Any person who violates the permitting, reporting, or permit amendment provisions of the ordinance shall be civilly liable to the joint venture for a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each day in which such violation occurs.
2. Prohibited Discharges: Any person who allows discharge to the JVOTW of any industrial wastewater in violation of the requirements of the industrial wastewater ordinance, or permits issued under the ordinance, shall be civilly liable to the joint venture for a sum not to exceed twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) for each day in which such violation occurs.
3. False Information; Tampering With System: Knowingly making any false statements, representation, or certification in any application, record, report, plan, or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this section or industrial wastewater discharge permit; or falsifying, tampering with or knowingly rendering inaccurate any monitoring device or method required under this section, shall constitute a class 1 misdemeanor.
