8-4-2: CONNECTION TO SYSTEM REQUIRED:

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to construct a building, business or otherwise, or locate a mobile home on any property within "Sewage Improvement District No. 1, Parker, Arizona" without connecting the same with the connecting lines of the sewage system within thirty (30) days of its use or operation. (1988 Code art. 11-2; amd. 2004 Code)
