8-4-1: ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION OF SEWER SYSTEM:
The administration and operation of the sewer system in the town shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the existing agreement and all future agreements signed by the parties to the Colorado River sewage system joint venture. (1988 Code art. 11-1)
