The following exemptions and exceptions shall apply to this chapter:
A. A person or firm licensed by the Arizona department of transportation, and property which is zoned for such activity is exempted from this chapter.
B. A vehicle registered to a resident of the property when the vehicle is undergoing repair; provided, that the total period during which the vehicle is inoperable does not exceed thirty (30) days. (1988 Code § 10-1-17)
C. A vehicle placed on the property without the consent of any owner or agent of any owner of the property; provided, that the vehicle is removed from the property within ten (10) days of written notice of its presence on the property. (1988 Code § 10-1-17; amd. 2004 Code)
