7-3-8: PARKING ON PARADE ROUTE:

The chief of police may prohibit or restrict the parking of vehicles along a highway or part thereof constituting a part of the parade route and may post signs to such effect. It is unlawful for any person to park or leave unattended any vehicle in violation thereof. (1988 Code § 12-4-5)
