7-3-6: APPEAL ON DENIAL OF PERMIT:

Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a parade permit to the council. The appeal shall be taken within ten (10) days after notice of disapproval is received by the applicant from the chief of police. The council shall act upon the appeal within ten (10) working days following receipt thereof. (1988 Code § 12-4-6)
