In each permit, the chief of police shall specify:
A. The assembly area and time therefor.
B. The starting time.
C. The minimum and maximum speeds of vehicles in any parade or procession.
D. The route of any parade or procession and what portions of streets are to be traversed or occupied by such parade, assembly or program.
E. The disbanding area and disbanding time.
F. The number of persons required to monitor the parade or motorcade.
G. Such other requirements as are found by the chief of police to be reasonably necessary for the protection of persons or property. (1988 Code § 12-4-4)
