7-3-2: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:
All permit applications shall contain the name of the applicant, sponsoring organization, if any, the parade, assembly or program chairman and the address and phone numbers of each. Said application shall also state the purpose of the parade, assembly or program, the date when it is proposed to be conducted, the location of the parade, assembly or program area, the route to be traveled, whether the parade will occupy all or only a portion of the width of the street proposed to be traveled and the approximate time when the parade, assembly or program will assemble and terminate. Further, all applications shall provide such other information as the chief of police may deem necessary in order to properly carry out traffic control and police functions. (1988 Code § 12-4-1)
