7-1-1: OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS:

It is unlawful, except as otherwise provided in this Code, for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required by this title or to wilfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of the police or of any Fire Department official. (1988 Code § 12-2-2)
