6-6-4: REMOVAL FROM PUBLIC PROPERTY:
When graffiti is found on any public property, the town will be responsible for its removal and/or abatement within ten (10) working days of notice to the town of its presence. (1988 Code § 10-1-7; amd. 2004 Code)
