GRAFFITI: Unauthorized marking, such as initials, slogans or drawings, written, spray painted, etched or sketched on a sidewalk, wall, building, fence, sign or any other structure or surface.
OWNER: The person indicated on the records of the La Paz County assessor or other official body as the owner of record of the property in question.
UNAUTHORIZED: Without the prior permission of the property owner or responsible party. (1988 Code § 10-1-7)
