A. No person eighteen (18) years or older who owns or occupies any premises, irrespective of that person's ownership or control of the occupied premises, shall serve spirituous liquor to a minor or knowingly permit consumption of spirituous liquor by a minor or knowingly permit the possession or consumption of illegal drugs by any person on such premises.
B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class one misdemeanor.
C. "Minor" means any person under the age of twenty one (21) years.
D. "Spirituous liquor" shall have the same meaning as defined in Arizona Revised Statutes section 4-101(31). (Ord. 02-2011, 4-5-2011)
