6-4-8: INTERFERENCE WITH PEACE OFFICER:
A person is guilty of a class one misdemeanor who fails to abide by the orders or instructions of a person reasonably known to them to be a peace officer acting under color of authority and engaged in any official duty. (2004 Code)
