§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Violators of § 53.01 of this code will be subject to a fine of up to but not to exceed $200.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 53.02 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount of not more than $500 for each violation; and each and every day that the provisions of that section are violated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

   (D)   Any person, company, corporation, or entity who shall violate any of the provisions of § 53.03 of this code or any rule or regulation established in compliance therewith, or who fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine not to exceed $100 for each violation.

   (E)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions or terms of § 53.04 upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $500 for each offense; and each and every day such violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
