§ 152.02 PUBLIC NUISANCE DECLARED.

All dangerous structures within the terms of § 152.01 of this code are hereby declared to be public nuisances, and the city may require the vacation, relocation of occupants, securing, repair, removal, or demolition of the dangerous structure as provided in this chapter.
