(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any person, firm, company, partnership, corporation, or association violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each violation; and each and every day that the provisions of this chapter are violated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
