(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 130.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined an amount not to exceed $2,000 for each offense; and each and every day the offense is continued, and each and every time an offense takes place after being informed of the violation by any peace officer of this state, shall constitute a new and separate offense.

(C) A person who violates a provision of § 130.02 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.

(D) Any person found guilty of a misdemeanor under the terms of § 130.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $200.
