(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a peace officer, to carry a concealed handgun, weapon, or prohibited weapon into any city building or facility, regardless of whether or not the person is duly licensed by the state to carry a concealed handgun.
(B) A person who violates a provision of this section shall be immediately removed from the city building or facility.
