§ 95.19 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The City Administrator shall administer and enforce compliance with this subchapter.
   (B)   A person shall report information related to the use of the public rights-of-way that the City Administrator requires in the form and manner reasonably prescribed by the City Administrator.
   (C)   The City Administrator shall report to the City Council upon the determination that a person has failed to comply with this subchapter.
