§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation, or organization violating any of the provisions of § 95.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the city, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the sum of $200 for each offense; and each and every day the offense shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions or terms of §§ 95.15 et seq. shall be subject to the same penalty as provided for in this code of ordinances, as heretofore amended, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $2,000 for each offense; and each and every day the violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
