1-302.   Administrative Rules and Regulations.
   Members of the police department shall be subject to all applicable provisions of the charter, this code, and such administrative rules and regulations as the city manager and police chief shall prescribe (for provisions in the charter with respect to police and arrest, see particularly Chapter 21).
