10-221. Vandalism.

It shall be unlawful to maliciously or willfully damage or deface the personal or real property of another without the other person's consent, or to willfully or maliciously enter into, or obtain control over any motor vehicle, bicycle, aircraft, or watercraft of another person without the other person's consent.
