10-209.   Resisting or interfering with a police officer.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to knowingly or willingly resist an arrest, or aid someone in resisting arrest, which said person or persons knows is being made by a police officer, or by a private person summoned and directed by a police officer, even if the person or persons believe that the arrest is unlawful and the arrest, is fact, unlawful.
