Pursuant to the provisions of T.C.A. 39-17-1551 (e) the use of tobacco products or vapor products, or both, is prohibited on the grounds of any public park, public playground, public greenway, or any public property that is accessible to use by youth that is owned or controlled by the City of Paris. The City of Paris adopts, and incorporates by reference, the applicable provisions of T.C.A. 39-17-1551 (e) for the purposes of interpretation and enforcement of the provisions of this section.
