9-113.   Miscellaneous traffic-control sign, etc.
It shall be unlawful for any pedestrian or the operator of any vehicle to violate or fail to comply with any traffic control sign, signal, marking or device placed or erected by the municipality. (See also Sections 9-405 - 9-409 in this Code).
