9-101. Motor vehicle requirements.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle within the corporate limits unless such vehicle is equipped with a properly operating muffler, lights, brakes, horn and such other equipment as is prescribed and required by Chapter 9, Title 59 of the Tennessee Code Annotated.
