8-106.   Refuse from construction, demolition or repairs.
In no case will it be the responsibility of the City Sanitation Department to collect refuse resulting from construction, demolition, or repairs of buildings, structures or appurtenances. The property owner/contractor, or the persons having same in charge, shall be responsible for the disposal of such refuse.
