5-1404. Property permitted to be sold.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale, under authority granted by this Chapter, property other than personal property, and/or property for which a separate license or permit is required or any personal property which is prohibited for sale by this Chapter, and Ordinance, or State or Federal law or where a separate permit or license is required.
