5-1309.   Hours of Operation.
No adult bookstore shall open to do business before 9:00 a.m. and no such establishment shall remain open after 11:00 p.m. No adult bookstore shall be open for business on a legal holiday as designated in T.C.A. 15-1-101 (Ord. #909, 03/06/97).
